Outgoing PM Oli begins address to nation (LIVE)

KATHMANDU: Outgoing Prime Minister KP Oli has started his last formal address in the name of the nation from Singha Durbar on Tuesday.

After Monday’s Supreme Court’s verdict directing the office of the President to appoint Sher Bahadur Deuba as Prime Minister within in two days, PM Oli has been ousted from his post ethically and legally.

Supreme Court which restored the House of Representatives on February 23 restored it again on July 12 making PM Oli’s attempt to dissolve it twice ineffective.
