Kathmandu District Court Judge Shrestha succumbs to coronavirus



KATHMANDU: Judge at the Kathmandu District Court Basudev Lal Shrestha has succumbed to coronavirus.

Shrestha, who was undergoing treatment at Shukraraj Tropical and Infectious Disease Hospital, Teku, died last night, said Gyanendra Itani, the record-keeper at the Kathmandu District Court.

He had been hospitalized for 15 days.

He died while undergoing treatment on a ventilator.
