At times, I feel I will be as lonely as Mao: Prachanda

KATHMANDU: CPN-Maoist Center Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ has said sometimes he felt he would also be lonely like Chinese leader Mao Setun.

Speaking at a book launch of Maoist leader Parashu Ram Tamang Sunday, Prachanda recalled that Mao, too, felt lonely in the party.

“The Maoists are famous all over the world. But what made Mao feel so lonely in the party,” he said, adding, “Sometimes I think maybe I too will feel such lonely in the next two to three years. I too might have to say, like Mao, I feel lonely. Such thoughts come to my mind.”
