Chandragiri clinches Inter-city futsal title

KATHMANDU: Chandragiri Municipality has bagged the title of Inter-Municipal Employee Friendly Futsal Tournament-2078 BS.

Chandragiri won the final match organized by Tarkeshwor Municipality at G-4 Futsal Ground at Tarkeshwor-10 on Saturday. Tarkeshwar, Chandragiri, Tokha and Kirtipur municipalities participated in the competition. Chandragiri came first, Kirtipur second and Tokha third respectively.

While handing out certificates to the winners, Tokha Mayor Prakash Adhikari and Administrative Officer Prakash Acharya said that the sports competition would be of great help in maintaining mutual coordination.

Tarkeshwor Mayor Rameshwor Bohara informed that the municipality has given priority to sports development in the city.
