Tehrathum Hydropower to issue IPO from July 20



KATHMANDU: Tehrathum Hydropower Company is issuing 1,200,000 units of initial public offerings (IPO).

Of the total IPO, the company will  issue 400,000 units of IPO for the project-hit locals on July 20.

The locals will have to apply for the  IPO  by August 3 and latest by August 18.

The Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has already given permission to the company to issue the IPO.

NIBL Ace Capital Ltd is the issue manager.

The hydropower company based near the district headquarters Myanglung has been generating electricity since March 1, said Mohan Dangi, the Managing Director of the company.
