Two killed, one injured in Baglung taxi mishap



BAGLUNG: Two people including a driver have died in a taxi accident that occurred in Dhorpatan municipality-5, Pyankhola in Baglung district.

A woman has sustained injuries in the accident.

The deceased have been identified as 40-year-old Jok Bahadur BK of Pyangkhola and taxi driver Dhal Bahadur Thapa, 35, of Badhigad-1, Gwalichaur, said Chief of Area Police Office, Burtibang Jaya Ram Wanta.

The ill-fated taxt, Dha 1 Ja 528 was heading to Dorpatan from Pokhara when the accident took place.

The injured woman is the wife of the deceased BK.  She is undergoing treatment at Burtibang Primary Heath Center.
