Nonagenarian dies of COVID-19 at Koshi Hospital



KATHMANDU:  A 92-year-old woman has died from coronavirus at Koshi Hospital in Biratnagar.

The nonagenarian of Jhapa passed away in the course of treatment for COVID-19 on Sunday night.

Four family members including the elderly had been admitted to the COVID-19 Treatment Center of the hospital on April 7.

Coronavirus patients started coming to the hospital with the second wave of infection cases in the country.

Currently, two COVID-19 patients are receiving treatment at Koshi Hospital.
