COVID-19: India records 169,899 infection cases in past 24 hrs

NEW DELHI: India recorded 169,899 new coronavirus cases in the last 24 hours, taking the caseload to 13,525,364.

Currently,1,201,456 are undergoing treatment at various isolation centers and hospitals. Meanwhile,12,153,699 have returned home after treatment.

Similarly, the number of deaths from the coronavirus in India has crossed the 170,200-mark.

With 904 deaths in a single day, the number of deaths from the virus has reached 170,209, according to the latest figures collated by Worldometers.
