KATHMANDU: Morang Police has arrested two persons with cannabis on Friday.
According to District Police Office, the police arrested Tej Bahadur Rai and auto-driver Padam Bahadur Rai of Itahari-5 for carrying four kg marijuana.
The two were arrested while smuggling marijuana to India.
