KATHMANDU: Meteorological Forecasting Division (MFD) has predicted light snow fall in high hilly and mountainous region of the country today.
Currently, the weather is partly cloudy in Sudurpaschim including some hilly parts of other provinces and generally fair in the rest of the country due to the impact of westerly wind.
The weather of the Kathmandu Valley is hazy with the temperature of 7.8 degree Celsius this morning (6 am), informed Barun Paudel, a meteorologist.
Similarly, the Terai region is covered in thick fogs and light snowfall is expected in high hilly and mountainous regions in the next 24 hours, according to a weather bulletin issued by the MFD.
