KATHMANDU: The weather will remain generally cloudy in Pradesh 1, Pradesh 2, Bagmati Pradesh and Gandaki Pradesh with chances of light rain.
Many parts of Tarai are covered in thick fogs this morning and the weather will gradually be clear during the day, said Pratibha Manandhar, a meteorologist.
Even though there is an impact of the local and westerly wind on the weather, there is no possibility of cold waves in the Tarai region immediately. The weather will be fair in the rest of the country.
The temperature is warmer today compared to yesterday’s in the Kathmandu Valley. The temperature was 3.9 degree Celsius yesterday and it is recorded at 5.5 degree Celsisu this morning.
The temperature of the Valley will remain 21 to 23 degree Celsius today.
Similarly, light rain is forecast in Pradesh 1, 2, Bagmati, Gandaki and Lumbini provinces tonight.
