UML to hold district convention on Jan 7 next year; province convention on Jan 22

Party's Central Committee meeting decided to this effect today



KATHMANDU: The CPN-UML has decided to hold district conventions across the country on January 7, 2022.

The Central Committee (CC) meeting of the party held at Gatthaghar in Bhaktapur Saturday took a decision to this effect. The UML’s district conventions would be held across the country on the same day.

Likewise, the party decided to hold provincial conventions on January 22.

Similarly, the CC meeting agreed to form a Standing Committee and a Politburo as per the agenda presented.
