NC leader Singh filing nomination for presidency after unveiling concept paper (with video)



KATHMANDU: Nepali Congress (NC) leader Prakash Man Singh is unveiling a concept paper alongside the announcement of his candidacy in the 14th General Convention today.

Organizing a press conference in Kathmandu on Saturday, leader Singh has announced his candidacy for the post of  party president.

Along with the announcement of his candidacy, Singh has been elaborating his concept paper offering details of his action plan for five years provided he is elected as the party president.
