Social security allowance through camps

KHOTANG: Sakela Rural Municipality has provided social security allowance to all intended beneficiaries through camps.

As many as 472 beneficiaries received the service in the camps organized by Nepal SBI Bank and the rural municipality.

Sakela rural municipality Social Security Section chief DM Chamling shared that the camps started on October 3 ended on October 10.
The banking system was adopted soa s to check possible financial irregularities in the distribution of social security allowance through employees, said Sakela rural municipality chair Arjun Kumar Khadka.

“With the new system in place, the amount of social security allowance has reduced half than that of the previous year. It has checked financial leakages”, he informed. –
