UML task force announces 10-point unity deal

KATHMANDU: The task force of the CPN-UML formed to resolve the dispute in the party has ended by endorsing a 10-point deal.

All task force members emerged out of the meeting together and Pradeep Gyawali read out the 10-point agreement late Sunday.

The agreement restores the party committees prior to May 16, 2018, with the agenda of nominating new members to various committees, among others.

After reading the 10-pont deal, leaders said the media would be provided copies of the deal to go through.

In a query regarding Monday’s Standing Committee, task force members said it would go on as scheduled.
