KATHMANDU: Nepali Congress (NC) leader Arjun Narsingh KC is holding discussions with the youth leaders of rival factions in the party in Battisputali Sunday.
Leader KC is holding discussions with central members Gagan Thapa, Chandra Bhandari, Dhanraj Gurung, Kiran Yadav, Ram Krishna Yadav, Pradip Poudel, and others at Anupam Foodland in Battisputali.
On Friday, KC had a discussion with aspirant leaders of the non-establishment party factions regarding feilding only one candidate among many through consensus.
The discussions in the NC is intensifying as the general convention is approaching near.
As there are many aspirants for the presidency, youth leaders have also been divided into different factions. The NC General Convention is being held in Kathmandu from September 1 to 4.
