One killed, other injured in jeep accident



DIPAYAL: A person has died and the other one sustained critical injuries in a jeep accident at Samuhagadh in Silgadhi municipality-4 in Doti on Friday morning.

According to Police Inspector of District Police Office, Doti, Kanti Raj Joshi, the accident took place after a Bolero jeep met with an accident at 4:45 am today.

The deceased has been identified as 50-year-old jeep driver Hukum Shah of Dhangadhi Sub Metropolitan-5, Taranagar, Kailali.

The injured is receiving treatment at Shaileshwari Hospital in Dipayal. The jeep had fallen 100 meters down the road, said police.
