Prachanda calls for unity among all for control of coronavirus



KATHMANDU: Former Prime Minister and CPN (Maoist Centre) Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ has called upon all sectors for unity for the containment of coronavirus infection.

Releasing the COVID-19 special edition of Business Magazine published by the Chitwan-based KTB Advertising Agency, the Maoist Centre Chairman said that time has come to unite against COVID-19.

The Maoist Chairman also accused the incumbent government of its failure in the control of the COVID-19 pandemic.

“The to be formed new government should work for the control of COVID-19 by mending the weaknesses of the (incumbent) government,” Prachanda said while speaking through a virtual medium.

He further said that the coronavirus infection is going out of control due to the poor delivery of the government.
On the occasion, the former PM said that the magazine has truly represented the entire country’s issues.

Also speaking at the same program, Mayor of Bharatpur Metropolitan City Renu Dahal said that the metropolitan city was equally serious as previous years for the risk reduction of COVID-19.

Pledging to co-work with all in this regard, Mayor Dahal assured of partnership with all sides for risk reduction.
