America’s COVID-19 cases cross 27.8 million



WASHINGTON: The number of COVID-19 cases has reached 27,892,325 in the United States of America after 91,917 new cases were reported in the country.

Currently, 9,597,018 are undergoing treatment at various hospitals and isolation wards across the country while 17,812,490 have recovered from the pandemic.

Similarly, the death toll linked with the coronavirus has reached 482,817 with 3,049 new deaths so far in the country, according to the latest figures collated by Worldometer.

Broke out in Wuhan City of China in December 2019, the coronavirus has killed 2,363,050 and infected 107,829,276 globally until the filing of this news.
