Prachanda-Nepal faction holding cadres’ gatherings in 3 provinces today

KATHMANDU: The Prachanda-Nepal faction of the ruling Nepal Communist Party (NCP) is organizing cadres’ orientation programs in Sudurpaschim, Lumbini and Pradesh 1 on Monday.

The disgruntled faction is holding the cadres’ gatherings in three provinces as part of the second phase of protest programs against the dissolution of the House of Representatives (HoR).

The programs have been organized in order to orientate the cadres on how to move ahead in the context of the HoR dissolution which is unconstitutional, said Pampha Bhusal, a member of the central struggle committee.

Similarly, progressive artists’ union of the Prachanda-Nepal faction is also staging a protest program at Maitighar Mandala today.

The Prachanda-Nepal faction on Sunday hit streets interpreting that the HoR dissolution is unconstitutional, and against the mandate of the people.
