KATHMANDU: Former goalkeeper of Nepal National Football Team Lok Bahadur Shahi has passed away.

Shahi passed away peacefully at his own residence in Dailekh on Sunday night, informed President of All Nepal Football Association Karma Tshering Sherpa in a Facebook message.

Shahi had played in the national football team as a goal keeper from 1979 to 1989. He had also become the General Secretary of the All Nepal Football Association.
