JSP Chair Yadav emphasizes need for amending constitution



KATHMANDU: Chairman of Janata Samajbadi Party (JSP) Upendra Yadav has stressed on amendment of the constitution.

Addressing the inaugural ceremony of the 14th General Convention of the Nepali Congress (NC) on Friday, JSP Chairman Yadav stressed reforming the electoral system and form of government and the need to solve the citizenship problem faced by thousands in the country.

He was of the view that fulfilling the agreements and commitments made in various movements of the past should not be delayed by the political parties.

He also wished the NC success for holding its 14th general convention during his address.
