CP Mainali urges leadership to free country from external influence

KATHMANDU: Former Deputy Prime Minister and Chairman of CPN-Marxist Leninist CP Mainali urged leaders to strive ahead to keep the country free from external influence.

Speaking at the inaugural ceremony of NC 14th General Convention in Kathmandu on Friday, Mainali asked all political parties to investigate the cause of the external influence in all political movements in the country.

He asked the leadership to address the people’s concern regarding the lack of change in the country.

“People ask why the suffering of the people prevailed despite the change in the political system, the leadership should ponder on such issues,” leader Mainali said.
