President, PM hold talks on show case notice  at Shital Niwas

KATHMANDU: President Bidya Bhandari and Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli have held talks for about two and a half hours at Shital Niwas.

Prime Minister Oli who reached Shital Niwas at 7:30 pm on Wednesday exited only at 10 pm.

Sources have said that Prime Minister Oli reached Shital Niwas after the Supreme Court issued a show cause notice on the dissolution of the House of Representatives (HoR).

The SC on Wednesday issued an order to furnish a written clarification on the dissolution of the HoR within seven days.

It is learnt that President Bhandari and Prime Minister Oli dwelled on the written clarification on the HoR.

Besides, Bhandari and Oli also discussed the political deadlock surrounding the Gandaki Pradesh, said sources.
