There is no question of not trusting incumbent govt: PM Oli

KATHMANDU: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has said there is no question of not putting trust on the incumbent government when it is resolving the problems one after the other, abiding by the Constitution in the letter and spirit.

Speaking at the Special Session of the Federal Parliament on Monday, Prime Minister Oli said the government has brought all the agitating groups into confidence that had earlier been dissatisfied with some provisions of the Constitution.

“Miscreants and those unruly have been brought to book during my stint as the Prime Minister,” claimed Oli, adding, “The government cannot be dubbed as unsuccessful when it lingers in executing one or two works.”

Prime Minister and CPN-UML Chairman KP Oli is seeking a vote of confidence HoR today in a bid to stay in power today.

Prime Minister Oli requires at least 136 votes in the 275-member HoR to win the confidence motion.
