COVID-19: Nepal records 337 fresh cases, tally hits 2,79,725

KATHMANDU: Nepal recorded a total of 337 new cases of coronavirus infection in the past 24 hours.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population (MOHP), the coronavirus tally reached 2,79,725 in the country as of Saturday afternoon.

Likewise, the Ministry shared that the country has currently 2800 active cases of the virus.

In the past 24 hours, altogether 151 have recovered from the coronavirus infection in the country.

So far, 2,73,886 people have recovered from the coronavirus infection in the country.

Similarly, one more person has succumbed to coronavirus related death in past 24 hours, taking the country’s death toll to 3039.
