Former lawmaker Joshi no more



MAHENDRANAGAR: Former lawmaker Ganga Dutta Joshi died of heart attack this morning. He was 84.

Former President of Nepali Congress Kanchanpur, Joshi, died on the way to hospital for eye treatment. He underwent eye surgery a few days ago.

Party secretary of NC, Kanchanpur, Ishwori Prasad Joshi, said that he suffered from a heart attack near his house in Mahendranagar in the course of heading towards Geta Eye Hospital on his granddaughter’s scooter.

He died on the way to Mahakali hospital for treatment. Joshi was a patient of high blood pressure. Joshi’s body has been kept at Mahakali hospital. RSS
