COVID-19: Over 27.7 million infected in America



WASHINGTON: The number of COVID-19 cases has reached 27,793,890 in the United States of America after 90,292 new cases were reported in the country.

Currently, 9,686,251 are undergoing treatment at various hospitals and isolation wards across the country while 17,628,213 have recovered from the pandemic.

Similarly, the death toll linked with the coronavirus has reached 479,426 with 2,919 new deaths so far in the country, according to the latest figures collated by Worldometer.

Broke out in Wuhan City of China in December 2019, the coronavirus has killed 2,348,752 and infected 107,381,494 globally until the filing of this news.
