Decisions made through loopholes in law will haunt you forever: NC leader Thapa



KATHMANDU: Nepali Congress (NC) central member Gagan Thapa has claimed that the decision taken through the loopholes of the law will keep haunting till long.

Expressing his dissatisfaction at Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba’s decision to include non-lawmaker Gajendra Hamal in the cabinet, lawmaker Thapa remarked on social media Twitter on Saturday that attempt to take advantage of the loopholes will have adverse impacts in long run.

“Do you think that a decision made through a loophole in the law will not haunt forever?” he said on Saturday.

NC President and Prime Minister Deuba had appointed Gajendra Hamal as the Minister of Industry, Commerce and Supplies.

Hamal’s appointment in the cabinet has been widely criticized alleging that he has been made the Minister under Chief Justice Cholendra Shumsher Rana’s influence.
