GULMI: A seven-year-old boy has got over Covid-19. Rajesh Raut of Madane Rural Municipality-1 in Gulmi district was admitted to the temporary Covid-19 special hospital operated by the rural municipality on May 3 after he had a fever and shortness of breath.

He was antigen tested positive for the deadly virus at the hospital. The boy was given bottled oxygen and vitamin supplements. He was discharged from the hospital after five days, said the health coordinator at the rural municipality Tirtha Raj Panthi.

The 10-bed hospital has three oxygen plants and six oxygen cylinders, which is essential to treat Covid-19 patients.
