CJ Rana commits to independent, impartial and competent judiciary and assurance for rule of law



KATHMANDU: Chief Justice Cholendra Shumsher Rana has expressed his commitment to the establishment and development of easy and accessible judiciary system by ensuring constitutionally guaranteed independent, impartial and capable judiciary as well as the rule of law.

In his message of best wishes on the Law Day, 2021 today, CJ Rana expressed his confidence that the day would further inspire one and all to remain active for the guarantee of justice, equality and rule of law.

Chief Justice Rana also urged the concerned actors and stakeholders to mark the day as a national festival since it is equally important for all sector and at citizen level being not limited to legal and justice sector.

The main court was established in Nepal in the year 2009 BS on the same day today.
