COVID-19: Nepal records 288 fresh cases, tally hits 2,79,388

KATHMANDU: Nepal recorded a total of 288 new cases of coronavirus infection in the past 24 hours.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population (MOHP), the coronavirus tally reached 2,79,388 in the country as of Friday afternoon.

Likewise, the Ministry shared that the country has currently 2615 active cases of the virus.

In the past 24 hours, altogether 127 have recovered from the coronavirus infection in the country.

So far, 2,73,735 people have recovered from the coronavirus infection in the country.

Similarly, there have been no additional deaths connected to COVID-19 over the last 24 hours, keeping the country’s death toll to 3038.
