Two killed in separate road accidents



BIRATNAGAR: Two people have died and one sustained injuries in a road accident at two separate places in Sunsari and Udayapur districts.

The deceased has been identified as 40-year-old Manoj Yadav of Koshi rural municipality-2, Sunsari.

According to police, Yadav succumbed to his injuries while undergoing treatment at the District Hospital, Inaruwa.

Meanwhile, Jiten Yadav, 18, of Koshi rural municipality-2 has been taken under control by the District Police Office (DPO), Sunsari.

A motorcycle, Province No. 1-05-001P 3592, heading to Gaighat from Beltar of Udayapur hit a person at Triyuga municipality-11.

The injured have been identified as Karna Sundas, 46, and Biren Rai, 29, of Triyuga-13, Rai Chowk.

Among those injured, Sundas died this morning while undergoing treatment at the Neuro Hospital, Biratnagar, informed State Police Office, Biratnagar.
