Govt committed to solve problems faced by working class: Newly appointed Labor Minister Shrestha



KATHMANDU: Newly appointed Minister for Labor, Employment and Social Security Krishna Kumar Shrestha ‘Kisan’ has said that the government will work to solve the problems faced by the working class due to COVID-19 pandemic.

Assuming charge of the the Ministry Friday, Minister Shrestha said that the government would taken steps to solve the problems faced by the workers in the country and those in foreign employment.

He acknowledged that COVID-19 pandemic all over the world deteriorated the conditions of Nepalis here and abroad. He expressed commitment to uplift the condition of Nepali workers in and outside the country.

Minister Shrestha expected the support of all officials at the Ministry to make the Ministry effective.
