Principal arrested for inciting suicide

KOHALPUR: Police have arrested the principal of Deepajyoti Secondary School in Kohalpur, Banke on charge of inciting suicide.

Principal Daman Pandey has been accused of forcing his own student to die.

Alisa Shah, who took the SEE exam from the same school last year, had committed suicide on September 25. Police are trying to arrest him saying that Principal Pandey may have incited her to commit suicide.

It has been found that the conversation between the deceased Alisha and the principal rose above the relationship of teacher-student.

According to the Area Police Office, Kohalpur, the preliminary investigation showed Alisha had a conversation with her principal prior to committing suicide.
