Nepal records 1,875 new COVID-19 cases, 29 deaths in last 24 hours

KATHMANDU: Nepal recorded a total of 1,875 new cases of coronavirus infection in the past 24 hours.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population, 1,218 persons have tested positive for COVID-19 through the RT-PCR method while 657 tested positive through the Antigen method.

According to the Ministry, 29 people have succumbed to COVID-19 in the past 24 hours.

Meanwhile, 1,286 persons have returned home after a complete health recovery from COVID-19.
