Nepal’s COVID-19 death toll reaches 3,011 with one new fatality

KATHMANDU: As many as one COVID-19 patient succumbed to the pandemic in the last 24 hours.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population, the new deaths have taken the country’s death toll from the coronavirus to 3,011 as of Monday afternoon.

Meanwhile, Nepal recorded a total of 89 new cases of coronavirus infection in the past 24 hours.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population, the coronavirus tally reached 2,74,810 in the country as of Monday afternoon.

Likewise, the Ministry shared that the country has currently 872 active cases of the virus.

In the past 24 hours, altogether 42 have recovered from the coronavirus infection in the country.

So far, 2,70,927 people have recovered from the coronavirus infection in the country.
