BUTWAL: General Secretary of Communist Party of Nepal (CPN) Netra Bikram Chand “Biplav” addressed his first party event after the removal of the ban on his party.
As the first formal program of his party, Biplav addressed the 7th National Conference of All Nepal Women Federation on Monday.
The Federation is one of the sister wings of Biplav’s party.
Along with General Secretary Biplav, other leaders including Dharmendra Bastola, Kriti and Asal addressed the inauguration session of the conference.
