KATHMANDU: The Meteorological Forecasting Division (MFD) has predicted light rain in the hilly region including the Kathmandu Valley on Monday afternoon.
According to Samir Shrestha, a meteorologist, the weather will be partly to generally cloudy with chances of light rain in some hilly areas of the country.
Similarly, the weather will remain fully cloudy in the Sudurpashchim Pradesh with chances of light snowfall in the high hilly and mountainous region, said Shrestha.
The weather will be cloudy in many districts of the Tarai region.
The same kind of weather pattern will continue until tomorrow and will gradually improve from Wednesday, according to the Division.
