FNCCI, Nepal Bankers’ Association agree to facilitate loan disbursement

KATHMANDU: An agreement has been reached between the Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FNCCI) and the Nepal Bankers’ Association to facilitate loan disbursement to domestic and small scale industries.

The agreement was reached during a meeting between FNCCI President Shekhar Golchha and Nepal Bankers’ Association President Bhuwan Kumar Dahal at the FNCCI Secretariat.

During the meeting, the possible cooperation between the Federation and the Bankers’ Association in the field of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) was discussed.

They expressed commitment to form a small task force with the participation of both the organizations at the center to assist the SMEs in other areas from loan facilitation and to move ahead by expanding the task force at the state and district level.
