Buddha Air to conduct over 100 flights a day

KATHMANDU: Buuddha Air is all set to conduct morning flight services from Biratnagar, Bhairahawa and Janakpurr. Earlier, it had been conducting morning flights only from Kathmandu.

Currently, Buddha Air has 14 aircraft including nine ATR -72 aircraft, tree ATR-42 and two witchcrafts.

Buddha Air has aggressively intensified its flight services to inject life into the aviation business that has been badly hit by the COVID-19.

The company has prepared to conduct over 100 flight schedules a day.  “From now onwards, we will conduct over 100 flights a day,” Rupesh Joshi, the director of Buddha Air’s marketing department said.

According to the schedule, nine flights will be conducted from Pokhara, eight from Biratnagar, six from Bhairahawa, five each from Simara, Bharatpur, Bhadrapur, and four each from Janakpur and Nepalgunj, informed Rupesh Joshi.
