UML leader Joshi joins Nepal-led Unified Socialist



KATHMANDU: A central committee member of CPN-UML, Bhanu Bhakta Joshi has tendered his resignation to join CPN (Unified Socialist) led by Madhav Kumar Nepal.

Unified Socialist Chairman Nepal formally welcomed Joshi to the party amidst a program today.

Joshi in his resignation had expressed his dissatisfaction over UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli for his failure to implement the 10-point agreement and intra-party rifts.

Joshi, who has also served as a Minister for Forest and Environment, was elected a member of parliament from Bajhang district.
