World Bank projects 3.9 % economic growth in 2021//22

KATHMANDU: The World Bank has projected that Nepal’s economy will grow by 3.9 percent in the fiscal year 2021/22.

Nepal’s economic growth rate in the fiscal year 2019/20 was negative and it was 1.8 percent in 2020/21, according the World Bank’s report.

With the COVID-19 subsiding gradually, the economic growth rate of Nepal is on the upward trend.
