Home Ministry transfers Kathmandu CDO



KATHMANDU: The Ministry of Home Affairs (MoHA) has transferred Chief District Officer (CDO) of Kathmandu, Kali Prasad Parajuli to the Ministry.

According to sources, Parajuli has been replaced by Govinda Prasad Rijal, Joint Secretary of the Administration Division of MoHA.

The officials at the Office of the Prime Minister and MoHA were said to have been dissatisfied with Parajuli’s performance.

He had been appointed as Kathmandu CDO by then KP Oli-led government.
