4,422 vaccination centers across country

KATHMANDU: The Ministry of Health and Population (HoHP) has added 1,433 more vaccination centres, taking the total number of the centers to 4,422.

The number of vaccination centres were added in view of the increasing flow of people coming to vaccinate themselves, said MoHP Joint Spokesperson Dr Samir Kumar Adhikari.

Likewise, in the Kathmandu Valley, the number has been increased to 149, after 83 centres were added.

So far, 4.4 million people in Nepal have received their first dose of COVID-19 vaccine while 2.2 million have received both their doses.
