Six district hospitals of Sudurpaschim province get Rs 8 million each



KAILALI: Sudurpaschim Province government has provided eight million rupees each to six district hospitals of Sudurpaschim province.

The province government provided such amount to district hospitals of Doti, Achham, Bajura, Baitadi and Darchula to set up oxygen plant.

According to the Ministry of Social Development, the amount was provided to six district hospitals to establish oxygen plant and bring it into operation.

Social Development Minister Krishna Raj Subedi said that some hospitals have forwarded the process to purchase machines to produce oxygen.

Only 300 cylinders of oxygen are available in Sudurpaschim province per day against the need of 500 cylinders of oxygen.
