Two Maoist Center ministers of Gandaki Province resign



KATHMANDU: Two ministers in Gandaki Province have resigned from their posts on Wednesday.

A parliamentary party (PP) meeting of the CPN (Maoist Center) held this morning had decided to direct its two ministers to tender their resignations.

According to Maoist Center leader, Minister for Internal Affairs and Law, Hari Bahadur Chuman, and Minister for Land Management, Agriculture and Cooperatives Lekh Bahadur Thapa Magar have tender their resignations.

Both Chuman and Thapa represent the Maoist Center. Currently, there are a total of 60 lawmakers in Gandaki Provincial Assembly.
