Septuagenarian woman dies in Kailali road mishap



KATHMANDU:  A woman has died in a motorcycle accident in Tikapur of Kailai district on Wednesday morning.

The deceased has been identified as 74-year-old Padma Devi Saud, said District Police Office, Kailali.

The incident took place when the septuagenarian was hit by a speeding motorcycle.

Critically injured Saud died while being rushed to Nepalgunj for treatment, informed DSP Madhusudhan Neupane.

Police said they are investigating the case based on a CCTV footage.
