Kathmandu Valley records 251 fresh COVID-19 cases

KATHMANDU: As many as 251 persons have been infected with COVID-19 in the Kathmandu Valley in the last 24 hours.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population, 198 cases have been confirmed in Kathmandu, 25 in Bhaktapur, and 28 in Lalitpur.

Meanwhile, the country recorded a total of 412 new cases of coronavirus infection in the past 24 hours.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population, the coronavirus tally reached 2,63,605 in the country as of Thursday afternoon

Likewise, the Ministry shared that now the country has 5058 reported active cases of the virus.

In the past 24 hours, altogether 483 infected people got recovery from the virus infection. So far, 2,56,644 people recovered from the coronavirus infection in the country.

Similarly, 4 persons succumbed to the virus across the country in the past 24 hours, hitting the total COVID-19 related deaths to 1,903.
