Teenage boy dies as homemade gun goes off



KATHMANDU: A teenage boy has died after a homemade gun he was carrying went off in Shuklagandaki-1 in Tanahun district.

According to District Police Office, Tanahun, 17-year-old Romit Malla died after the homemade gun that he was carrying went off in Turture jungle in Shuklagandaki-1 on Sunday night.

Meanwhile, police have arrested 47-year-old Sun Bahadur Gurung who had gone along with Malla to the jungle for hunting for investigation, said DSP Yuba Raj Khadka.
